Earth Spiral —

Volume Eight:
The Mayhem of Now (2019–2025)

This volume is not written as distant history —
it is living memory.
Between 2019 and 2025, empire abandoned disguise.
Lockdowns, mandates, digital IDs,
wars, and engineered fear reshaped the fabric of daily life.
Children were masked and silenced,
elders isolated, livelihoods erased,
remedies forbidden.

Yet this was not only a time of collapse.
It was also the time of uprising.
Farmers, truckers, parents, healers
— and digital soldiers working tirelessly across screens —
remembered their sovereignty.
Communities formed new paths of care.
Truth broke through screens.

The Mayhem of Now is both witness and handbook:
a remembrance of violation, and a map toward healing.
It names what was denied,
honors those who resisted,
and offers practices of grounding and hope.

The Earth Spiral itself arose in these years —
not as commentary from afar,
but as rebellion in real time.
Each scroll was written against silence,
each page a refusal,
each word an act of remembering.

May this volume serve as anchor, medicine, and companion
for all still walking through the aftermath —
and for the children who inherit what comes next.

Listen to the Meditation ↓

Before entering this volume, pause here.

Let the body arrive before the mind continues.

Earth Spiral — Volume Eight: The Mayhem of Now 2019–2025
speaks into years many are still metabolising.

These were not distant historical events.

They moved through homes.
Bodies.
Families.
Children.
Livelihoods.
Communities.
Choices.
Voices.
Breath.
Trust.
Touch.
And nervous systems.

They changed the texture of ordinary life.

This meditation is offered as a sanctuary before the volume is entered.

Not to reopen the wound.
Not to intensify fear.
Not to pull the body back into emergency.

But to create a steady place from which to witness.

Here, the listener is invited to return to the living ground beneath the noise,
remember the boundary of the sovereign body,
and let the mayhem be witnessed without being absorbed.

Through breath, Earth, and restorative visualisation, the alarm begins to loosen.

The body is reminded that it can honour what happened while returning to presence.

This is a meditation of clearing, blessing, and return.

It honours the rupture.
It honours the resistance.
It honours those who kept caring.
It honours those who protected, questioned, grieved, spoke, listened, and remembered.

And it gently blesses the children, the future, and the world now waiting to be tended.

Before you read, let yourself receive this:

You can remember the truth from inside coherence.
Your body may come home now.

Enter the meditation slowly.

Let the breath soften.
Let the ground hold you.
Let the noise move to the edges.
Let the body remember that coherence is still possible.

Then, when you are ready, continue into the volume.
