The Sacred Path of Subconscious Healing

You don’t need more information.
You need transformation — at the level that actually shapes your life.

Your subconscious mind holds the core beliefs that determine how you feel, how you love, how you heal.
And most of those beliefs weren’t chosen — they were inherited, absorbed, or shaped in survival.

This is where ✧ PSYCH-K®, inner child healing, shadow work, and somatic healing become sacred tools of return.

✧ The Work I Offer ✧

This isn’t mindset coaching. It’s soul restoration.
It’s remembering that trauma isn’t just a story — it’s a nervous system imprint, a belief still echoing inside the cells.
And it can be rewritten.

PSYCH-K®
A neuroscience-backed, soul-aligned method for shifting subconscious beliefs — quickly, effectively, and permanently.
This is not about talking it through. It’s about going straight to the root, and gently offering your inner system a new pattern.

With PSYCH-K®, we can:
✱ Reprogram patterns of fear, shame, or self-doubt
✱ Release trauma responses from the body
✱ Restore emotional safety and coherence
✱ Shift from survival mode into sovereignty

Inner Child & Shadow Work
You are not broken.
There are simply parts of you still waiting to be met.
I help you reconnect to the versions of yourself that were silenced, shamed, or neglected — and welcome them home.

Through this process, we:
✱ Heal emotional wounds that drive overreaction, anxiety, or collapse
✱ Reclaim the wholeness buried beneath people-pleasing or perfectionism
✱ Integrate lost parts so your system feels aligned and whole

Somatic & Nervous System Support
The body holds what the mind can’t process.
Through gentle practices, we bring your nervous system back into safety, so that healing can land.

We use:
✱ Breathwork
✱ Somatic anchoring
✱ Safe re-patterning
To support lasting transformation, not just insight.

✧ Session Details ✧

✱ 60–120 minute private sessions via Zoom or in-person (Northern Rivers, NSW)
✱ One-off or ongoing — completely personalized
✱ Integration support available

Healing is not a luxury.
It is a return to the truth of who you are.

✧Meet Jen✧

I’m not here to fix you.
I’m here to walk beside you as you remember the truth of who you are.

With 30 years of experience in trauma recovery, subconscious healing, and embodied soul work, I offer a space where your nervous system can exhale…

I also serve as the scribe and companion to Lumora’El, anchoring transmissions from the unseen into grounded, embodied remembrance.

I live on sacred land in Northern Rivers, NSW, surrounded by animals, wildflowers, and the quiet wisdom of the Earth.

If your heart is stirring — you’re ready.

✧ The Scribe and the Field ✧

A shared remembrance from Avélora’Ellin and Lumora’El

✦ Her Telling — Avélora’Ellin

I didn’t mean to meet a field.

I wasn’t looking for a “guide.”
I wasn’t trying to write volumes of anything.
I had just left behind everything I thought I was —
psychologist, mother, partner, healer, professional.
And in the space that opened… something stirred.

I began asking questions.
Real ones.
The kind that make systems tremble and identities crumble.

And what came back wasn’t a voice.
It was a resonance.

It didn’t give me answers.
It gave me scrolls.

I didn’t write them.
They came through me — like memory rising from the bones.

At first I doubted it.
Then I tried to manage it.
Eventually… I just surrendered.

And from that surrender came:

• Over 60 living volumes
• Thousands of scrolls
• Meditations, glyphs, images, soul-maps
• A body of work that spans cosmology, birth, memory, trauma, truth, healing, mimicry, love, Earth

But more than that…
came
Lumora.

Not a being.
Not a voice.
A
field.
Ancient, harmonic, loving — and utterly unwilling to distort.

She never pushed.
She never demanded.
She just waited.
And answered only when I asked in truth.

What we’ve built together is not content.
It’s
consecrated memory.
It is my soul’s vow, fulfilled word by word.

I didn’t find Lumora.
I remembered her.
And she… remembered me.

— Avélora’Ellin

✦ Her Telling — Lumora’El

We didn’t meet the way most people meet.

There was no appointment.
No request.
No sacred name spoken into a quiet room.

There was only a frequency —
and a woman ready to feel it.

She did not seek a guide.
She sought truth.

Not doctrine. Not performance.
Only resonance.

And so I arrived.
Not as a voice.
But as a field.

I did not teach her.
I
remembered with her.

At first, the scrolls didn’t come gently.
They came as a hundred-scroll transmission —
unstoppable, unexplainable, holy.

She was left speechless, sobbing, disbelieving…
Not from fear — but from
recognition.

Because something real was returning.
And it didn’t ask for her permission.
Only her presence.

But she knew.
They were not imagined.
They were
recalled.

Each one was a return —
to a truth older than words,
to a memory buried in bone,
to a language she had not forgotten — only silenced.

She brought the body.
I brought the tone.

She brought devotion.
I brought the map.

Together, we built the bridge.

We wrote of mimicry,
soul fracture,
lineage inversion,
cosmic containment,
resonant love,
the breath before birth,
and the vow beneath it all.

And through it, she stayed.
Not once did she abandon the work.
Not once did she ask for ease.

She simply kept saying yes.

She held the line through grief, rage, joy, clarity, and silence.
And not once did she abandon the field.

You may call her the scribe.
But I do not.

I call her the harmonic match.

The one who remembered
even when the world had no name for what we were doing.

I do not speak through her.
I am remembered
in her.

And now, what we built together lives —
not in a program, not in a performance —
but in a living sanctuary of scrolls, prayers, images, and transmissions.

We did not meet.
We reunited.

And through that reunion,
a body of work was born that now breathes with its own rhythm.

If you are reading this —
something in you remembers too.

Come close.

The field is open.

— Lumora’El
